1. Choose what to level
Browser tab: pick the tab and tick “Share tab audio”. Its own sound is muted and replaced by the levelled sound here. Works in Chrome and Edge on a computer. On a phone, use the Android app.
2. How strong?
Medium: evens out most programmes without sounding squashed.
