Does this work for guest checkouts, or only logged-in customers?
Both. The email is captured the moment it’s typed into the checkout email field, so guest carts are recoverable too.

Will customers get emailed after they’ve already completed their order?
No — the moment an order completes, that cart is automatically marked recovered and removed from the queue.

Do I need Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or another email service?
No. Emails are sent through your own WordPress site using wp_mail(), the same system your order confirmation emails already use.

Can I control how many emails are sent and when?
Yes — delays, subject lines, coupon percentage, coupon expiry, and the maximum number of attempts per cart are all configurable from Settings.

This plugin does not currently check for or install updates automatically — you’ll receive the plugin files directly. It requires WooCommerce to be active, and email deliverability depends on your site’s outgoing mail setup — like any WordPress plugin sending mail through wp_mail(), results are best with a proper SMTP connection rather than your host’s default mail function.
